「The room was small and there was no closet. The bathroom was small with only a corner sink for the both of us and it didn't have a exhaust fan. The TV was not working properly when we arrived so maint had to come in and fix it. The entry door did not close properly. We were able to lock it but we could see light coming in on the side of the door. The elevators were dirty the whole time we were there. I booked a room at Hampton Inn because I thought they were better and cleaner but not this...

「When we arrived we noticed no vehicles in the parking lot. There was a note on the front door stating the hotel had a fire back on May 2nd. Noone from Expedia nor the hotel contacted us to notify us the hotel was closed. I will be filing a challenge with my credit card company for a full refund. I was forced to scramble for a place to stay. Expedia you are horrible. Never again. You will hear from me again. 」
