「Great stay! Every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Jake makes a crackin' margarita. Gorgeous view, lovely outside seating area, tastefully decorated all through. Rooms were clean, spacious, and the shower was divine. Even the other guests we encountered were friendly.」

「We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.」

「From arrival this hotel and Dave and Co superseded our expectations. On arrival we were allocated our free parking in site and offered help with luggage. 「Booked for my daughters who were watching a concert at Anfield. Such a great service, calls prior to the day and on the day saying they could complete an earlier check in if needed. Greeted my daughters and explained everything clearly, they said Mel was simply lovely! A great clean room with a short walk to Anfield Stadium.」
