「We wanted to stay at The Vincent Hotel for a while so chose to spend the night for our anniversary. We had a warm welcome from reception. Our room was lovely, clean and quite modern. We were at the front of the hotel overlooking Lord Street. Not long after checking in we had a knock on the door and were given 2 glasses of fizz for our anniversary which was nice. Look, it’s a very old hotel, so maintenance is needed constantly. Creaking floor boards and dated corridors. That comes with the territory.
My room was superb, clean and bright. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast (12.50) if a walk in. Piping hot, good selection, spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, nice and quiet, very helpful reception staff.」
