「My second stay at the Polaris was great just like before. From the front desk to the spa and from Pamela's and Doolies to the tour of the Aviator club. Fabulous stay at a beautiful property.」

「Room was clean but not stocked. Stove, microwave, refrigerator etc but no dishes, silverware,pans etc. Thin walls, hard to sleep with the loud talking and noise from nearby rooms tv's. Lacking a comfortable breakfast room, only 3 very tall tables. Nothing offered but coffee and the coffee was out one morning. I would suggest the Hampton Inn.」

「We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. There was a weird smell when we first got there, I think it was cleaning chemicals. It was fine by the time we got back to the room after spending a few hours at main event. The breakfast and dinner was nice. Staff kept everything as clean as they could. We would definitely stay there again.」

「Wasn’t able to check in until 6 pm. Room not ready. Short staffed. Most of the time we were coming or going to property minimal staff or no staff present. We were supposed to be at a concert at 6:30. Messed up our plans.」

「Everything was great except one MAJOR item. Both beds were worn out and caved in to the middle of the mattress like shallow ponds. Ridiculous for a hotel to have worn out mattresses knowing damn well that the main thing about staying at a hotel is good sleep and rest. Come on best western. Yall know better.」

「I booked a handicap accessible room with the rollin shower and the wheelchair did not even fit inside of the bathroom nor did we receive a roll-in shower like we reserved. My husband literally could not take a shower and had to hobble on one leg into the bathroom to even use the toilet what a joke of an accessible Hotel room. Also the supposed accessible room was on the opposite side of the hotel from the handicap accessible parking spots extremely inconvenient for accessibility.」

「One of the signature attractions of Holiday Inn Express is their cinnamon rolls. We came down for breakfast at 8am and there were no cinnamon rolls. The breakfast attendant said there were no more cinnamon rolls. They already used up their daily allotment of cinnamon rolls, 4 packs or 24 rolls. 24 rolls for an entire hotel?
