「Our room,bath,lobby grounds all clean and nice. The outdoor seating needed attention...and this was at 4pm...still remnants of breakfast. Food stuck to the sides of the table. Outdoor hottub was not working. We didn't eat breakfast there but it looked ok. Bed and pillows all comfy and clean as well as our bathroom. Convenient location and the view of the mountain from the outdoor patio and I assume some of the rooms is beautiful! AC WORKED GREAT.」

「I only stood one night and had to leave early in the morning before I could get the free breakfast. Unfortunately, I had to wait 45 minutes to get into my room, asthey were shortstaffed that day and the rooms were not cleaned prior to arrival, so I had to wait.」

「My only complaint is the buffet. Charging a family of four $84 for such a small buffet was disappointing. There were very few food options, and the quality and selection did not justify the price. If you're going to charge what Golden Corral charges for a buffet, the variety and value should be comparable. Families already spend a lot of money to stay here, so the dining experience should feel like it's worth the extra cost. I hope you improve the buffet by offering more variety and better...

「The breakfast was not that great. Our key cards kept getting deactivated but they were quick to fix that issue. The pool did not look clean so the kids did not enjoy that. Other than that the room was nice and spacious for 6 of us. Easy area to get around in.」

「When I got there, I was checked into a very dirty room once got changed. The whole lounge area when you walk in was trashed. I’ve been to many Hilton properties and never have I experienced this from a Hilton property.」

「When we arrived the first room smelled very bad and was not cleaned well. We moved to another room and it was better. With in a few days the sink in the kitchen was leaking and the toilet over flowed. The maintenance person was awesome and got everything fixed quickly. After 5 days I went down to ask if housekeeping would be coming at any point, as I had to go get toilet paper and towels. Apparently they are scheduled, but no one informed me when I checked in. So, I did not have housekeeping for...

「The property was close to things and had a great view. Breakfast was great, coffee was amazing. Would stay there again.」

「The rooms are unique and well maintained. It seems to me that the nicer/larger rooms are not available via Expedia, but rather only via their Website. However the standard room itself was great. Very good strong AC in the standard room. They have beautiful grounds with nice little hikes all around. It was lovely to stay there and be able to hang out on the castle outdoor plaza/patio when the day visitors (for the high tea times) had left.」
