"I was surprised by this property after reading that it had great reviews. I arrived to find that the carpets were very dirty, there are no elevators to assist people who cannot use stairs, the breakfast ends earlier than most hotels, and while the site says they offer a shuttle to the Colorado Springs hotel, they do not. The room was very dated, which made the bathroom seem unclean. The coffee maker was placed in an area where no plug was available. The lobby of the hotel looks kind of lodge-cool, but other than that, I found no value or attraction to staying at this location again."

"Definitely an older property and it shows. I wouldn’t say it was dirty but it carried the weight of its years. The breakfast left a lot to be desired - a tub of brownie bites, cereal and waffles shouldn’t be considered breakfast. I would recommend higher protein options for those who are gluten free and don’t want to eat only sugar in the morning. The surrounding area had lots of shopping/fast dining but felt a little unsafe just with how many homeless people were around the hotel and the area. Likely not something the hotel can control but just something people traveling with kids should be aware of. Other than that, it was fine for the price!"

"The room was fine, TV was outdated and slow. If you plan on walking to nearby locations this hotel is not good for walkability, busy roadways and shifty characters. The bed was uncomfortable despite driving for 14 hours I couldn't fall asleep. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The pool was closed, the "fitness center" was 2 treadmills and a broken machine. I was very disappointed by this stay. Be sure to read the negative reviews off Expedia before booking. Waste of money, left after one night."

"There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. Waited almost 20 minutes before someone showed up. When we got in the room there was 2 towels and one washcloth. Attempted to get more the day, the front desk was locked down with a giant metal roll down. 2 days no luck. On 3rd day someone was there and informed us no extra towels were allowed. That we could wash what we had at the laundromat. They wouldnt even give us another roll of toilet paper! And there was less than a half roll when we checked in We picked this place because it had a kitchen, but there were NO plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc that you would normally see in a place with a kitchen. The wi fi went out constantly so doing computer work or even watching TV was impossible."
