The room was extremely loud from the street noise which made it very difficult to sleep. We cut our stay short and although the night before we were told that we could cancel the next night. BUT, when we went to check out, they told us that we had to take it up with Expedia. It was necessary to have an Expedia representative intervene in order to get our room refunded."

"We went to NYC to see shows and our hotel was in the epicenter of most theaters. It was awesome. The hotel staff was great, and the room fit 3 of us. We were half a block away from times square where the TKTS booth is located. One of the shows we saw was right next door to the theater, which was nice since it was cold and snowing."
