「The elevator didn’t work. There were only two electrical outlets in the entire room (none in the bathroom). There was no hot water for the entire evening, night and morning of our stay.」

「The room was very noisy. The people above us were making banging sounds. I called the front desk a little before 10pm. The clerk went to do a hall check and about an hour later it got quiet. At 6am, the noise started up again above us and outside. I recommend asking for 3rd floor away from elevator and pool. Otherwise, it was very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. The location is perfect, close to everything!」
