「This is such a great hotel with lots of character! It's right in the walkable downtown Florence area so you can walk out the front door and find a general store to get snacks/souvenirs, several restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was spacious. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel which was very lively when I checked in but nothing that kept me from sleeping. 「The staff is amazing, very helpful, going above and beyond to return the prescription glasses I left behind having fallen under the bed. Ask for a room not facing the parking lot due to extremely bright lighting that creeps in around the edges of the very thick blackout curtains, but boy did it make the hotel easy to find on a very dark, windy and rainy night. We will stay here again when driving through on our next road trip.」

「The property is in flux as the rooms are modified into spacious suites. Should be great when complete, but the pool, the breakfast and even the bulbs in some room lamps were missing, as was the battery to one of the TV's. VERY nice desk personnel, however, and a great rate for our clean, large room in the meantime.」
