「Great hotel. Real smiles on the face’s of employees. Dedicated, knowledgeable, forthcoming. Room very comfortable if a bit on the small side. Efficient bathroom, great amenities (the cold pool was unbelievable and unbelievably appreciated in the 2025 extremely hot and humid summer). Just a great place. 「The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.」

「wonderful location of the hotel. breakfast was fine. The position of the air-conditioner in the penthouse is right above the head on the left and somehow it had some strange noise. Had to sleep with the air-con off for several nights. Fortunately it was not too hot. Knew the room was fairly small when booking, not complaining, just left the luggage on the plank in the toilet and covered it with a raincoat bought from a museum . Problem solved. Couldn't leave it on the floor due to knee problems....

「This is such a great hotel. The rooma are small, but that's the only small minus. Everything else is wonderful--the breakfast, staff, location, bars (rooftop and next to the lobby), and dinner at the restaurant. We loved it and will definitely stay here again.」

「My son and enjoyed our stay. The property, staff and location were all excellent. Stockholm is wonderful and the hotel is located near the Old Town and other areas of interest. The immediate area is quaint with high quality shopping and dining. Staff was incredible especially Malin the reservation manager/concierge as well as the restauarant staff 」
