"This is an absolutely fantastic apartment! I was in Atlanta for a work convention for 5 days, it is right downtown, walkable distance to everything. The room was so inviting with each room beautifully decorated, nice kitchen, charming in every room- cozy enclosed balcony overseeing the sitting with beautiful sunsets! Updated bath. Laundry is in the building in basement which is convenient and there is a self pay lot right next to the building with restaurants within feet of the building! I would...

We wanted to make sure they had that information before we left since we were driving a long way. I called at 8am and the person who answered was extremely rude, was mad because we woke him up, said what do you want. "The property was good for what we needed it for. It was close to so many things we wanted to do. The beds where not very comfortable. And the apartment could use a deep clean it was quite dusty. Their was problems with the people who stayed before us but where fixed or communicated to us before hand. "
