"Everything about this hotel was amazing. From the very moment that we arrive to the moment we left the people were amazing. The room was clean. Food was delicious. Drinks were amazing. The pool was clean. We will definitely be back."

"Breakfast was great and plenty of choice and nice food. Could not get a tea kettle though in the room so difficult for drinks if you can’t drink caffeine like me. Had to also ask for coffee machine as shown in the hotels pictures of the rooms as they have now removed them all. Coffee machines are in reception only with a hot water dispenser which regularly rubs out of water!!! The room as ok but ALOT of noise from the road right out side the room and AC very loud both things made sleep difficult!! Would not stay again unfortunately. "

"The room itself was just ok. It seems as if cleaning is very rushed. The corners in the room and hallways were quite dusty. The whole place seemed runned down and old but the rooms had newer upgrades. The pool area definitely does not look like the photos. The AC had to run constantly in order to keep the room at 71 degrees and it was pretty loud. The main issue I had is that I reserved a king suite via hotels.com but was given a basic double queen room on arrival. When I mentioned I reserved and paid for a king suite, the employee said there was nothing she could do since there were no king suites available. I’m currently working with hotels.com to be reimbursed for the difference. We chose this specific hotel since it was the only one that offered a shuttle to the Sanford airport and they were accommodating to that. While most staff was kind to our faces, the one that checked us in seemed to be irritated or annoyed when speaking to other guests on the phone. Overall it served its purpose but I wouldn’t stay again if I didn’t have to and I wouldn’t recommend it unless someone really needed the Sanford airport shuttle. "

"We were very excited to try a new place for vacation. The indoor and outdoor pools were a huge hit with the kiddos. Being right on the beach was awesome!! My only complaint is that the hot tub was being used mostly as a bathtub for young ones to swim in with their floaties. Having them jumping into a space that is made for adults and not a lot of supervision was very frustrating. I feel a little more staff presence was needed. However over all a great trip was had.!!"

"This was our second stay in this property and we loved it as much as we did the first time. The pool axis is so great and the rooms are amazing. This is going to be our go to spot whenever we visit Daytona Beach. Also, the staff is amazing from valet to the front desk to room services. Your name it you have everything done in minutes. This is a great find."

"Excellent place to stay. I needed a nice place fairly close to Orlando Sanford Airport for early flight. I would definitely recommend for longer visits. I will definitely be back when in the vicinity. "

"Didn’t have a kitchen. Ice only available on 3rd floor. No coffee in lobby. Had to go to restaurant. Paid for parking. Don’t think I would come back."

"I have been staying at Hampton’s for over twenty years. The hotel policy is now to clean your room every other day. I arrived on Monday, did not want the room cleaned on Wednesday so put out my do not disturb. But I did want it cleaned on Friday but it was not and housekeeping claimed I had the sign out which I did not. I complained and asked that it for sure get cleaned on Saturday. It did not. Didn’t fit their every other day schedule. Finally got cleaned Sunday. Horrible customer service. Won’t stay there again!"
