「Our room was very clean and comfy. I requested extra pillows and towels ahead during booking and everything was already in room. We were on 2nd floor with ocean view. The sliding doors going out to the patio are very thick and safe.」

「Clean modern room. Close to beach and easy access.」

「It’s really tough to post a detailed review without actually seeing the room itself. We receives a message early in the day that they had downgraded our original booking to a room w/o a kitchen. No big deal, it happens. We arrived to check in at approximately 5:30. We called the number posted for check in/help as we never received a text with door codes, WiFi, etc that morning as was communicated would happen. Called three times with no answer. Called Expedia and they tried to call the property...

「We loved staying at the Hawaii Motel. It has retained its historic charm, and is very well maintained and very clean. Highly recommend if you like retro style accommodations.」

「Picked this hotel because of the good reviews it has however was not expected or as described in the reviews. There was a disclaimer of the loud music which is understandable however the stomping and slamming doors constantly affected our stay as well as the bed very squeaky and you would sink in it. 「We love Daytona Regency and stay on almost all of our vists. It has a great bar at the pool with great bar food, the only thing we don’t like dealing on each visit is being asked to spend 2 hours for a timeshare, we never go but it’s a headache to have to deal with. Other than that, it’s a great location, rooms and staff!」

「Rooms were dated really bad. Looked like water damage around walls because the baseboards were seperating from the wall. Most restaurants were closed. Parking is 40.00 a night and it’s not onsite.」

「The property was very quaint. It was a perfect location, which was exactly what we were looking for. The rooms were very clean. Bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen was great. You could actually make a meal in there and there was a full refrigerator including a freezer. Only complaint there was no pool. It was under construction due to the hurricane hopefully when we come back next year, the pool will be up and running. Will definitely come back. Staff was awesome 」
