We than waited another 10min for the landlord to turn up. Beds in apartment were below standard and with horrible, bad quality mattresses. The daily rate charged was quite expensive given the poor quality of beds and matresses. That is not quality, but unacceptable state of affairs. 「It's an ok hotel if you are visiting Excel for an event but the hotel needs a make over and especially the public area is worn down. My room was ok and the restaurant was ok too. There is nothing else in the area so I recommend Excel north where there are more restaurants.」

「I have a problem with My Parking in Morrison basement. Neither the hotel staff or the Morrisons staff could help. I strongly suggest anyone who need parking during your stay, prebook and prepay the parking by “Pay by Phone”. 」
