「All good for a one night stay. Shower was not powerful and bed is a little creeky.」

We than waited another 10min for the landlord to turn up. Beds in apartment were below standard and with horrible, bad quality mattresses. 「It's an ok hotel if you are visiting Excel for an event but the hotel needs a make over and especially the public area is worn down. My room was ok and the restaurant was ok too. There is nothing else in the area so I recommend Excel north where there are more restaurants.」
