「It is a brand new place on a lively street.」

「The worst experience」

「Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. 「地點遠主要景點不是太近，樓下有tesco是絕大優勢，有一位女職員很友善，另一位男職員比較欠缺耐性」

「The location is top notch for access to Westminster Abbey and the Thames. The rooms were spacious and clean. The check in process wasn't clear (we had to call to verify which room we were staying in), but that was easily handled with a quick call to customer service. 「This was the perfect spot for my partner and I! Super close to the Earl’s Court Station and near a bunch of great spots. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a more budget friendly yet comfortable stay!」

「Upgraded to a two room apartment with two bathrooms and well furnished kitchen on third floor. The heater and guest bathroom had problems the first night of our stay. The 24hr reception was able to fix it the second day. The kitchen was well equipped with 4pots and knives were actually sharp! 5min walk to Gloucester station. Two nearby supermarkets to stock up! 」

「Easy check-in, clean room, location」
