「It was a very nice place for our stay during the May Cruisin' event. It was very clean! They provide dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, bath towels, washcloths, extra pillows, extra blankets, WiFi, an iron, & keypad entry access. There are 3 levels, level 2 & 3 both have a balcony. The walk to the beach/boardwalk is about 2 minutes. The parking lot located under the condo does not have space for a trailer so keep that in mind if you need trailer parking, but plenty of space for your cars. I would...

「The Virgina Lee N is in a great location, oceanfront, close to everything. The property was clean but needs some TLC. It’s an older home and it shows. The place consisted of 3 Apartments and you can hear the neighbors. Needs night time blinds/curtains in the bedrooms as the outside lights come through and lights up the rooms. 」

「The photos of the rental are of rooms from different units in the house. We did not realize there was only one bathroom with a shower. We found the other 1/2 bathroom outside on the porch with a no locking door. The unit was not cleaned well and we found something strange pinned up on the front porch. There was also no room for me to park at the rental. I was told that I could use a parking space at a hotel one street over. I appreciated this offer considering there was no parking anywhere...

「The proximity to beach was great, but info given online is inaccurate. The kitchen was not fully stocked with kitchenware given the size of the suite. There were bath towels despite the amenities saying they were not provided. Also, there was no broom to clean up the sand despite the entire suite being tiled. Air conditioning was good! 」
