「Our room was cleaned daily; however, housekeeping didn't change bottom fitted sheets/linens every time, even after specifically requested. Breakfast is included which is a big plus. However, the service at the pool bar was not the best. The Frozen machine wasn't working too well so we waited more than 30 min multiple times and one case had to change our order. 「The staff was very accommodating when we checked to see if we could extend our stay. They had availability and made changes so we didn’t have to change rooms. The pool was clean and refreshing. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. While we didn’t use the kitchen area very much other than to make coffee it seemed sufficiently stocked.」
