Nice for price. It’s a lot farther from boardwalk they expected. But steps to a beautiful beach, everything’s close. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Older building but still nice. Beds were comfortable.

The room 505 had a portable AC with a hole in the sliding window but there was a gap and bugs were getting in. The walls in the room were peeling and the sheets looked like they were not clean. There was crumbs in the bed when we lifted the blankets back. The pull out couch was falling apart. My family has stayed at this hotel for over the past 4 years and I never had this problem.

The building/room definitely needs an upgrade. The door to our room had to be slammed shut in order to actually fully close it. There were ants in the bathroom. The vents were dirty and rusty. There is no fan in the bathroom. The sofa bed was very old and worn. I’m glad we did not have to use it. Overall, just OK. Most likely will not be staying here again.

We enjoy staying since it’s in mid OC but the bed is very uncomfortable and the room could use to be upgraded. Everyone was friendly and accommodating though.

This place is disgusting. So dirty and old we left early because it was so disgusting. I have tons of photos and videos on how terrible the conditions of this place are. Expedia should be ashamed to have this rated so highly. Ew.

Staff was friendly Pool was really gross. So so much hair, cloudy and had pull-up particles floating in it. Room wasn’t the worst but not the best. Parking TIGHT my husband had to pull out of the spot so we could get our kids in.

Throughout our time at this hotel, we encountered rust on the air conditioning vents. The towels and blankets had noticeable stains. In the bathroom, mold was present on the ceiling and around the bathtub. My daughter felt uneasy about bathing, and I chose to sleep atop the covers since I was uncomfortable getting underneath them. The toilet had not been properly cleaned. It seemed that the staff had given our room to another family. Approximately at 10 p.m., a whole family attempted to enter our room using a key card while we were trying to rest. Soon after, there was a loud bang at our door that heightened my anxiety, making me feel unsafe in the hotel. When we discussed the matter with the manager in the morning, his attitude was not very pleasant at first. He mentioned that incidents like this frequently happen in Ocean City, referring to the banging on the doors. Having visited Ocean City for over two decades, I have never encountered such behavior in a hotel. I will not return to this hotel nor will I recommend it to others.

Pls do not stay at this property. The service from the hotel manager was terrible. The only upside from staying here was the close distance to the beach. Unfortunately, it was a terrible stay. The hotel was very dirty. When we had complained about it, we were told house keeping would come clean and they never showed up. There was mold on the shower lining, dirty walls, floors were not vacuumed, dust all over the vents and for having asthma that is unsafe. We asked for a refund through Expedia and the front desk and got denied. We also did not have hot water for the whole stay we were there. We called the desk twice and were told they would follow up with us and they never did. Our room key also stopped working. For the price they ask it is not worth it. Pls don’t waste your hard earned money on this place. The manager was not empathetic and not once tried to accommodate or solve any problem.
