Great place to stay in Memphis

When I arrived, the attendant was friendly and helpful and let me check in early. I noticed later that as a different front desk attendant was checking in a customer, she was just as happy and friendly as the lady who checked me in. The breakfast was good with eggs, turkey sausage, Canadian bacon, etc. The only real negative was that I could hear noise from the hall and from my neighbors when I was in my room. Happily, I did not have noisy neighbors.

We booked this hotel because we were driving a moving truck with a car carrier and needed a place to sleep that also had truck parking. This was an excellent choice. The room was very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was helpful and kind and breakfast was very good. Overall, a great value. We would stay here again if ever passing through.

The location of the hotel was close to everything that I needed. There are plenty of restaurants within a couple of miles. The hotel was older, but it was very clean and quiet. Which for me means a lot. The front desk staff in the afternoon was super friendly and helpful; the morning staff at checkout...not so much. She was not very pleasant! I did not have time to enjoy the breakfast. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Free parking, clean rooms

Great property all around

The decor is very modern and upscale, and you can tell a lot of care is taken in making sure the hotel is meticulously clean. The staff was very, very friendly - from the front desk to the cleaning ladies, even the women who prepared breakfast. Speaking of which, the free breakfast is quite impressive with many hot food options service, including bacon and omelettes. The hotel certainly exceeded my expectations. The only two negatives have nothing to do with the building, only the location. It...

Clean room, quiet area and everything seems good so far

Good location, nice hotel

We were looking for a hotel that was close to a training we were in town for … the hotel the training was at had horrible reviews … we found this wonderful place!! First I must mention the beds - they are SO SO amazing!! Comfort level of the mattress, the sheets and the pillows are are 10 out of 10!! The whole hotel is extremely clean. The water pressure is perfect. The bathtub DRAINED! We are going to let our customer know they need to move future trainings here - either way though, this is...

Best place we’ve stayed!! Will be staying here again.

CLEAN ROOM

This is a brand-spanking new hotel; so new that it doesn't appear on some maps & taxi/Uber drivers have difficulty in locating it. It's near the Slim Chicken if drivers need directions. As it's fairly new, everything was clean & in excellent condition. The staff were very friendly. The price paid included an all-you-can-eat self-service continental breakfast, which included a range of cereals, fruit, hot waffles, yoghurt, toast, muffins, bacon, scrambled egg, cheesy-egg muffins. 4 different...

The cleanness of the room was excellent!!
