"The team was exceptional and accommodating. Our room had an issue with the shower and engineer came to check but was not fixed which was a bit of a pain as we were a party of 5 and ended uses one shower. Apart from that definitely recommend and easy walking distance to restaurants and Aqualand. "

"Check in was very simple,quick and everything explained clearly and simply. The room was very spacious with literally everything you could ever need. Even 4 complimentary small bottles of water and a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge waiting for you. "Hotel in ideal position,5-15 mins from supermarket,restaurants,beach and main square. Bus station is 3 mins walk. Checking was easy. Rooms are ok but could do with a update. Swimming pool/area was well kept. I rented a in-room safe which didn't work (battery needed replacing) went to reception and was offered a security box till it was replaced, it was replaced with-in 2-3 hours. I would stay here again because for the price it is ideal. "
