「Lovely pub/restaurant with rooms in a picturesque small village. We had a great dinner and the service throughout our stay was fantastic (thank you Matthew). I wasn’t aware this was part of a chain at the time of booking but I shall be looking out for Butcombe Pubs in future.」

「Characterful thatched inn in countryside location. Comfortable room & good breakfast.」

「Excellent all around and lovely staff」

「除了房间用的台灯开关不方便。其它都很好」

「We stayed for 1 night at the hotel, in a lovely room at the back, overlooking the river. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the hotel is well maintained. 「Fantastic one might stay for a wedding. Huge room and bathroom, tea and coffee and Tv in the room. Super clean and friendly owner. Excellent breakfast all freshly cooked along with cereals and fruit. Parking on site and easy walking to the town. Will definitely go back.」

「Great location for walking or just sitting in the garden or around the log fire. Staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. Dinner and breakfast was cooked to perfection, we will be retuning for a 5th visit.」

「So impressed with our superior room, with terrace and a lovely hot tub! Such good value for money. The room was so spacious and perfect for a 2 night stay. Great walks very close and Fordingbridge is lovely for a wander. The Three Lions pub was so nice, the food was great on both nights, really friendly and polite staff. We are planning on returning for our anniversary weekend next year.」

「It's such a nice place in such a charming area. Their thatched roof looks so very cool. Their staff is just excellent, they all take pride in doing an excellent job. I met the sous chef twice, she and her husband (the chef) make a great team. They have a lovely old bar and I took two friends there for the Sunday roast dinner. They have a good sized parking lot. You won't be at all disappointed.」

「Stayed here for 2 nights and will definitely stay again! The rooms were nice and cosy, great food options, quiet location, friendly staff and only a few minutes drive from car parks to walk in the New forest. Highly recommend」

「Ok place to stay」
