「My kids loved the Family Loft Room. PS5 in the room was perfect. Drinking water too. Hotel had Ping Pong table. Enjoyed with my kids. Staff was very polite and helpful. On my first day Mr. Fattah at the reception was helpful. Even the staff in the breakfast hall was polite. At th restaurant too. Enjoyed the stay. 」

「Traffic jam is very serious, hotel's pool is very nice. It has a good Italian restaurant and also nice traditional food, too. If they have shuttle bus to the shopping centre will be more convenience.」

「La zona in cui si trova é perfetta per vedere usi e costumi locali ed è anche a poco a piedi da quella più internazionale. In hotel tutti gentilissimi e sorridenti,pulizie tutti i giorni. Unica cosa ormai ha i suoi anni,era probabilmente quasi di alto livello quindici o venti anni fa,si nota soprattutto nel bagno,i sanitari ormai hanno fatto il loro tempo. 「The hotel was great. Good value for money. Clean the staff very friendly happy and helpful. I could not have asked for much more. The only very very small negative was no cable TV so I did not have any English channels. But I did not come to Indonesia to watch TV I came to see the city and the location is very good for food and pretty close to the city centre. Taxis are cheap here too if you use the grab app. 」
