"My kids loved the Family Loft Room. PS5 in the room was perfect. Drinking water too. Hotel had Ping Pong table. Enjoyed with my kids. Staff was very polite and helpful. On my first day Mr. Fattah at the reception was helpful. Even the staff in the breakfast hall was polite. At th restaurant too. Enjoyed the stay. "

"My friends and I had initially booked another hotel which was sub par so we had to find a hotel last minute and we were able to book Ascott Mentang. It was perfect. Everything from check in to check out was met with incredible service and friendly staff. I booked two rooms but accidentally booked one at another Ascott. They took care of canceling the other booking and giving me another room in their hotel. The room service was prompt and delicious and when we checked out they gave us snacks for the plane. There is absolutely no reason to stay anywhere else in Jakarta. I love this hotel and their staff. Plus the rooms were wonderful, large, clean and plenty or amenities including a small kitchenette. Wifi always on and fast. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I will definitely be back. "

"Excellent service. For example i was due to check in at 3pm but arrived a lot earlier then that so after a short wait they let me check in early. The food is excellent. The breakfast buffet has an abundant variety of both delicious local dishes and western. Really good location too. "
