「A really lovely place to stay even in the depths of winter! Quiet location with a pub a few minutes walk away. Great place to bring your dog. The individual themed rooms with en suites have been really well thought out. Our room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and modern shower room. We had a super delicious breakfast. There was loads of choice. Our host was lovely, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. 」

「We checked in approx 6.45pm (en-route to dropping our daughter back at her uni digs in Bath & returned after) on a dark January evening. Seemed to be in the middle of nowhere, but we found it OK. Welcomed by Victoria - Steve (owner) was on holiday. Shown to our room & how we had access to the lounge & kitchen. Such a lovely house. Lots to look at. No TV in our room, so thought we’d watch the one downstairs - it wasn’t to be, though, as we couldn’t find the remote control - lol! Too late by then...

「Great location and friendly staff. However the room is considerably small given the price of the room, for 2 person without luggages, we had to keep moving the furniture in order to move around. The heating in the room took a long time to heat up and the bathtub in the room did not work. 」

「This B&B is everything you dream of when it comes to English countryside. From the amazing breakfast, to the beautifully decorated and clean rooms, to the heated floors, and ease of check in, it was truly remarkable. The staff was friendly but also gave us space. I loved this place, and would highly recommends to anyone looking for a place to stay. City Centre was about a 15 minute walk, but the bus stop was right outside as well.
