The Rose and Crown was an absolute delight. The property was so sweet, the room clean, cute and comfortable. The location excellent, close to Bath but a quiet oasis out of the hustle and bustle. The food at the pub was delicious and well valued. Would highly recommend.

Welcoming friendly staff, beautiful clean room with excellent spacious en-suite bathroom. Very comfortable bed and in room facilities, including fans, which were very welcome during the heatwave. Good evening dinner and super breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay just outside Bath with an easy bus route into the City Centre opposite the Rose and Crown. The hosts were all friendly and helpful and the place was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good , a great choice of fresh tasty treats. My wife and I had a great pit stop at Rose and Crown. Very clean and well maintained property. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in after a long day's travel and sightseeing. The self-serve continental breakfast was equally good. Highly recommend!

The room and staff were great. Local bus service to get into Bath being just opposite the hotel was very useful. We arrived on the Sunday for a 2 day stay & were disappointed to find that we couldn’t get a meal. Sunday afternoon carvery was fully booked and Monday & Tuesday the hotel closes anyway for meals & drinks. By preference I would choose a Full English breakfast if that had been an option but having said that the Continental breakfast offered was plentiful and varied. Fred & Dian.
