"Room has window shade not working upper down. "

"The property location and staff were great. My room on the other hand had some issues. First night ac was on in my room and it was a bit chilly so I turned it off. Woke up the next morning at about 6:30 to get ready to go to my convention first day and there was water all over the floor. Reported to the staff that the AC was leaking and they said they'd get someone from maintenance to come check it out. Arrived back to the hotel at about 6:00 after my first day of convention and everything seemed to be okay. Turn the AC back on in the room and raise the temperature just a bit as it was set very low and at about 9:00 it starts pouring water out again all over the floor. Grabbed some towels to attempt to dry it up and turned off the unit itself. Woke up the next morning. Water everywhere all over the floor again! Checked out this morning. I did let staff know again that they have an AC situation in that room. Also in the sink where the overflow drain is is extremely dirty as well as the shower drain was pretty dirty as well. Sheets were clean on the bed and everything else looked right"

"When I booked this property, I did not think all of it was not renovated. I should have done my research more. The room i received was not up to par, not only it was far side of the resort, as well as the sheets had mold spots on them. After going to the front desk to ask for a different room, not only because when i booked that was not what i booked for but i don’t want to stay in no room that the bed have mold. The young lady at the front desk was very understanding and tried to resolve things for me, but unfortunately requests fell short, not only i never got a room the bed was never got looked at. I had to be the one to go back to the front desk to again ask after staying out of my room for half of the day because that’s what i was told( someone would come look at it) This property has so much potential, all they have to do is renovate all of it. As well as why is the water park a separate fee? This resort is booked because of the water park I’m sure but you have to pay a separate fee for it which is insane to me"

"The room was cute, a little out dated. I'm sure you could cook, as there was a stove and toaster oven, but no oven. I never saw a single bug or spider! The bed was clean, but old as the springs in the mattress dug in while trying to sleep. The staff were great. "

"Very convenient location to the parks, shopping, and restaurants. Very spacious rooms. Love that the toilet area is separate from the showering area. Breakfast was fresh every morning. Rooms are cleaned every other day. Parking is $20 per day. Front desk is very nice and accommodating. We called a few weeks in advance and were able to have all 5 rooms booked on the same floor which was super convenient since we were traveling with smaller kids! We will definitely be back. AVOID the TGIFriday’s next door, it is horrible. "
