"Staff is helpful"

"We had an excellent stay and truly appreciated the outstanding service from the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist with every request. One night, our child became unwell and vomited late at night. Despite the hour, the staff kindly came to help change the bed right away. They were very polite, calm, and showed no frustration at all, which meant so much to us as parents. The indoor pool was also very nice and well maintained. During breakfast, the staff were warm and attentive, helping to look after the children. Even when there were small spills, they responded quickly and gently without making loud noises or startling the kids. Overall, this hotel made our family feel genuinely cared for. We are very grateful and would definitely stay here again."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at The Greenville Deluxe Suites & Towers. Nick and Kate were incredibly accommodating from start to finish. Nick met me upon arrival, helped with parking, and guided me exactly where to go, making check-in smooth and stress-free. He even checked in afterward to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. The suite was beautiful, spacious, warm, and very comfortable. The view was great, the beds were cozy, and having two bathrooms was such a bonus. The balcony was private and perfect for relaxing, making it an ideal space for both me and my guest. I also accidentally left my Dyson hair dryer behind, and Nick and Kate were amazing in helping get it returned to me right away. I’m so thankful for their kindness and attentiveness. An outstanding stay with exceptional hosts I would absolutely return and highly recommend!"
