「My only complaint is that we reserved a room with two queen size beds and we we went to check in there were no more beds with two rooms. I did have to sleep on the chaise lounge as the person I was traveling with was my brother. 」

「Room size is a bit small and it is not cleaned properly. Quite dusty on some tables and in the washroom.」

「The staff here made the stay warm and welcoming. I felt like I personally knew the front desk team. The chef was amazing at answering my custom request. The cleaning staff at breakfast made the Atrium comfortable. I actually extended my stay because I enjoyed the hotel so much and that only can happen when a team is amazing like this.」
