「Although there was an issue with their key card system and we couldn’t get room keys until later in the night of check-in, the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The elderly woman working/cooking breakfast in the lobby was such a delight and sweet! I will definitely be staying at this hotel again! 」

「Just stayed one night for a quick business trip but was impressed. Staff was excellent and room was really nice. Looks like they have a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby but didn't have a chance to check it out. I did hit the coffeeshop in the morning and it was really nice. I'll certainly be back next time I need to come to town. 」

「The room was fairly quiet, being located near the highway. The room and the hotel itself was clean. The bed was comfortable, with really soft linens. The hotel breakfast area was right near the lobby but it was well organized and quiet. It being near the lobby meant the staff was right there if you needed any assistance or had questions.The staff was attentive and pleasant. Our stay was very nice. We really wanted to stay a few more days but had things to attend to at home. We will definitely...

「The hotel itself is great, but the parking garage may need a bit of renovation. Or, to be more precise, they may want to make sure that their guests do not have to suffocate (due to the dust emitted from the construction) or have their hearing impaired (due to the loud drilling of walls or something) while walking from the hotel to their car (as part of the garage is under construction).」

「We call this property the old Ramada Inn. We actually stayed at Ramada on our Honeymoon in 1984. It is now a best Western and has been updated accordingly. We always stay here when we come to Illinois to visit from Maui. We love the property and staff but you absolutely cannot beat the free breakfast. Way more offers than any other hotel we have ever stayed at. 」
