"We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The location was right next to the lake, old town, and the Opera House. All in walking distance. The staff were courtious and helpful. They arranged for ride to the airport. The rooms were clean and large; ours had a balcony that we could sit out. The closet and storage shelves were placed to be super useful. "We returned for our second stay because we love everything about this hotel! It is ideally located near Lake Zurich, the Old Town, and the railway station. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic and convenient for families with young children. Above all, the front desk team is incredible—huge thanks to Ksenia for always being so welcoming and helpful!"

"Very handy location, about a 5 minute walk from the main train station; adjacent to “Central” tram stop & the Polybahn funicular. Tons of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Starbucks on one side & a cafe/bakery on the other. Coop store with great selection of takeout food across the street. Excellent “economy” choice for walking around the old part of the city. The hotel’s restaurant is closed till +/-mid-August, but the breakfast room is open & very good. This is an old building, with small, basic rooms. No air-conditioning, but with fans, it was fine. Lounge room is a nice touch. Very helpful staff."
