「This was a disastrous stay. Despite the premium prices this hotel charges, their maintenance is diabolical. I had to call various staff 4 times before they fixed the portable air conditioner in my room. This ranged from not informing us that the aircon would stop working if it filled up with water to the outlet pipe repeatedly falling out of the window vent. On the fourth complaint, the front office assured me it would be sorted out while I was out for the day. We got back to our hotel at...

「Room is very clean and the hotel is well maintained. Reception staff is very nice and helpful. There are free coffee, fruit and ice-cream available in the lobby round the clock. Drinks in mini-fridge are also free of charge, very nice indeed! The only bad thing is inadequate sound proofing. We can hear people talk on the street, construction site working sound across the street, church bell, and sound from next door.」
