"We had a pleasant one-night stay at this hotel. The room was small, but it was clean, comfortable, and a good value for the price. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The only minor issue was that the shower gel dispenser was almost empty when we arrived. Since we had brought our own toiletries and were only staying one night, we didn’t report it. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, budget-friendly hotel."

"This is a great affordable place to stay in Zurich. The hotel does not have air conditioning (as stated in the website) They provided fans instead. The bathrooms are outside the rooms but they are super clean, They have elevators. There is access to public transportation not too far from the hotel. The staff is super friendly and they speak English. We will definitely stay here again. Our room had 3-beds. It was very spacious and it had a balcony where you could sit and enjoy the view of the plaza and the children playing outside. It was very lovely."
