Every team member we encountered were all very kind, helpful., efficient and courteous which make us want to stay there again on our next visit in Zurich. Our room was always kept clean on our 4 nights stay , loved watching Lucy lights at night from our window which we slightly ajar intermittently for fresh air . The only negative was shower drain got so full quickly which we rectified by adjusting rain shower pressure not to overflow . Over all a great stay especially around Christmas time .

Good place in Zürich

The location was very good and conveniently located near the Zürich HB (main train station) and the Bahnhofstrasse (lovely shopping district). The staff were professional, well-organized, and friendly. The room was fairly spacious and the bed and bedding were neat and comfortable, although it could use a bit of upgrading. The breakfast was excellent and had all of the elements of a good Swiss breakfast (proper cheeses, breads, etc.).
