BRUTTA SORPRESA

Hotel molto curato, colazione ottima. Purtroppo essendo stata fatta una prenotazione pagata in anticipo da mia sorella al momento di lasciare l'hotel alla ricezione confermavano di NON AVER ricevuto nessun pagamento della camera. Ho dovuto dunque pagare. Ho poi contattato mia sorella la quale ha dovuto telefonare all'hotel confermando di aver pagato, ma purtroppo nulla da fare. Ha dovuto contattare il servizio assistenza hotels.com per poter risolvere la questione PAGAMENTO che risultava effettivamente già stata pagata la camera. Un hotel di questo livello dovrebbe prestare molta più attenzione per evitare di causare danni ai clienti.
