Lovely classic hotel with friendly helpful staff. Good location. Only unfavorable issue was the combo tub/shower. The side of tub was so very high making it extremely difficult for elderly to get in or out, especially with no safety grab bars. Breakfast was reasonable for the additional cost.

My wife and I stayed at the Glockenhof Hotel one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our room well designed, quiet, clean and comfortable. For dinner we went across the street to Hiltl just across the street. Hiltl is a vegetarian paradise with an incredible variety of dishes. Highly recommend!

Th staff was lovely! The room was beautiful! Everything was top tier, OTHER than the bed..too small and hard as a rock. The pillows were lumpy and not nice either…it was such a disappointment, because everything else was perfect! Hopefully that was just our bed and the rest of the hotel has better beds!
