「Amazingly relaxing. Great property.」

「The room was clean and very comfortable. It is an old motel so it could use upgrades like flooring, but our room had a dehumidifier to take care of the closed up hotel room smell that you get in any hotel room. Nice comfortable bed with more than enough pillows. Hot water. We didn’t stay for breakfast because it doesn’t start until 8 am. We sat outside our room and just enjoyed the quiet. Hitched a ride to downtown for $1 so we didn’t have to worry about parking and then walked home. Good...

「We loved the charm and location. It was peaceful and cozy and not a very far drive to downtown Saugatuck. There's a grocery store across the street. We enjoyed sitting outside on courtyard deck and enjoyed the evening music that was played. One night we skipped going out to dinner and ordered pizza and had dinner in the courtyard. We would stay there again!!」

「There is too many noises, from refrigurator, outside, room nearby. And the bed is too soft to keep position, always fall into middle, bad experience.」

「I had tried to cancel due to asthma and dr saying smoke and air quality were hazardous to my health so I should not go. could get no refund. I understand rules but in certain situations it seems some leeway is warranted. I lost a lot of money. The manager was not kind and Expedia could not get an answer when they tried to reach out on my behalf. Very poor customer service and when a manager replies “yep” when asked if I’d lose all my money, that is just rude.」

The room itself was in poor repair with several torn holes and areas in the carpet, scrapped, scratched up surfaces; the room had no safe, one small closet, only 2 small drawers to put clothes in for 4 people (?) .... in general, required rehabbing. The room & bath floors looked clean, however, our feet turned black from walking around. We had no remote to control TV functions....only one...
