「quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. 」

「Fantastic location and easy to find. Great service that allowed late check in via key lock. Comfortable room with lots of electricity plug in points for charging phones, computers etc which is a pleasing change. Lovely large shower with powerful rain hail. Room was immaculately clean Excellent all around, definatly recommend and will use again 」

「The staff in every section were fantastic, Cheerful, helpful and very polite. Food was cooked to perfection, Breakfast had plenty of choice and would cook extra things for you if they had it. For us, a couple in our 70's it was absolutely 100% perfection and if we come back to Chester again we will certainly be staying here.」

「Highly recommend, unique rooms and brilliant staff, in the heart of Chester! Got upgraded to the Secret Garden and it was great! Stayed before in the Safari room which has its own jacuzzi bathtub which was brilliant! This time opted for another room as it safari was booked, but the upgrade was great! Staff very friendly and brilliant! Cannot complain in the slightest! Can’t wait to go again! 」

Ein bisschen mehr Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet hätte uns gefreut, aber die Qualität der Speisen ist gut und man kann auch noch dazu bestellen. Tolle Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Hotel ist zu empfehlen」

「Travelling from York, so was a stop over before hitting Wales. Hey, it was a nice place to stay. The room was incredible (although for me, I'd change the carpet on the staircase to room 9. Visually, very tricky!!) Check in was quick and easy. The only thing I'd point out, and it is nit picking, I think the staff need to be more 'that's no problem, we'll sort that out' as opposed to 'we'll see what we can do,' ... Yeah, I've worked in customer service for 40 + years blah blah... and we all...
