「We've only ever used the room not other facilities as we are here to visit family. The hotel is a great location. Nice and quiet. Room was comfortable and pillows were great.」

「Clean room, been partly modernised since my last visit but still somewhat dated and paintwork etc needs touching up. Smart TV in the room this time though it was very slow and while the apps worked, the main live channels didn't seem to. Not anything which really bothered me but may others. Breakfast was cooked to order and fantastic. Friendly staff throughout, speedy check in. A big improvement since my last visit, still a little way to go.」

「Firstly, staff made us really welcome and were great throughout our stay..our room was clean and spacious with a great view..i was worried that beds may be uncomfortable based on previous reviews however all good no issues. We had evening meal and breakfast both were amazing..」

「I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I booked it for its reasonable price but it far exceeded expectations. We were visiting family in chester over Christmas, and there were no hotels available in the city centre, although this was a little far out the drive was very easy and quick parking was good and the hotel was clean and friendly. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.」

「非常漂亮的莊園，莊園的室內裝飾的非常的典雅，室外空間非常大，很舒服可以去逛逛，每一個小細節都很重視，他們的早餐真是更是讓你覺得很精緻又豐富又好吃，英式早餐的肉類控制得恰到好處不會太焦，非常的好吃。這件事我全程住的17間最棒的一間飯店，絕對推薦只要是識假的一定要來這裡。這裡離outlet開車大概只有15分鐘的時間。」

「Lovely accommodation set In beautiful gardens. Surrounded by a golf course with wild sheep roaming. Couldn’t ask for a better well equipped accommodation. Easy access to the A55 to explore north wales. The owner is very friendly and obliging without being to obtrusive. Without a doubt I would book to come and stay here again. 10 out of 10. 」

「这个酒店是带spa的度假型酒店，有游泳池、spa和很大的健身房，很适合休闲度假。我们预订的家庭房挺不错，预订时还以为只是一个大房间里加了沙发床，结果房间里还隔出了单独的小卧室，只是小卧室偏小了一些，刚好放下两个单人床，但客厅相对较大，且客厅中的沙发床很大，总体适合一家3-4口度假居住。略有不足是酒店不在切斯特市中心，而是在市郊大约10分钟车程的位置，总体还算方便，性价比较高。」

「Our stay was perfect. We were away for a romantic trip and the cottage was perfect for that. The cottage was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need for a romantic few days away, including two big bath towels each, never mind all the other little touches and the excellent welcome basket. We would highly recommend it to anyone and would love to come back someday. 」

「quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. 」
