「Good location with a nice environment 」

「Just a hotel for our short stay in the way to Wales. Location beside the high way and only can buy foods from the petrol station nearby. Standard design of Holiday inn hotel group」

「Easy to find, great parking. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Needs more hooks in the bathroom and plug/charging points in thr main room. Continental breakfast was a bit sparse, although they did give me a poached egg. Staff were friendly.」

「quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. 」

「Clean and tidy overall. Staff are attentive and professional. However, rooms facing the carpark were noisy overnight. I need asking for changing my room to the other side of the hotel.」

「Room was very dated. Holes in blackout curtains letting light in. Bathroom again dated. Water very slow filling bath, soap out of reach when in bath. Bath towels very soft and big. Tea tray in weird place in wardrobe. Bed very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovley with lots of choice and full English cooked to order. Had a nice overnight stay.」

「The room was spacious, large beds, ensuites and a lovely big living space. The lighting was a bit dim, more lamps would be good. Small things didnt work well, ie, no bedside lights, front door wouldnt lock (except for the yale), a bulb was out, we scouldnt get the phone to reception to work and wifi didnt work either. Some of the blinds need fixing too. However, lovely linen, comfy beds, great location and quiet. 」

「The host greeted us on arrival and was very welcoming and friendly; assuring us that if we needed anything further to let her know. It was very well equipped: fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster, not forgetting a jug of fresh milk. Would definitely stay here again.」
