"Parking was easy. Comfortable walk to hooton train station. Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Food is excellent especially Cajun wedges. Rooms are basic but ask the staff for fridge, hairdryer etc and they’ll provide. Place was quiet. They had a large function with over 100 people Saturday night and no impact to us. Beautiful gardens "

"All staff lovely and friendly, room clean and everything we needed. Bathroom a little tired. Food in bar was excellent."

"Unfortunately no heating working in our room which spoilt our stay .Complained in the morning who said she would pass it onto the manager .Clearly there had been a problem with the boiler .Not good enough when outside temperature is 3 degrees ."

"Quiet hotel, soft close doors.lifts which helps with some disabilities. Staff were friendly and helpful.plenty of disabled parking.best hotel I stayed in during my Wales road trip. Only criticism was furniture in room was dusty."

"Absolutely fantastic, the only downside was the lift wasn’t working on our side of the hotel, so it was a lot of stairs for my husband who finds stairs difficult. Xx"

"Staff were friendly, room was good size for us and our two dogs, found the bed rather firm for us and was rather closer to the motorway than I realised you would have heard traffic all the time if the window was open but luckily there was a fan. The on site cafe was great. Pet friendly, lovely people and good food. Would stay there again for that reason. "
