「Great staff and breakfast」

「This place is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It's very beautiful next to the river. It's very quiet and location is close to every place you'd want to go to. The breakfast was as described and on time everyday.」

「Lilly at the front desk was amazing! She was so welcoming, so kind, and so accommodating to all our needs. She kept going above and beyond to ask if we had everything we need or if there was anything she could do to make our stay even better. We feel so appreciative of such a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning soon, as we now have a perfect place to stay while visiting the beaches in Sheboygan.」

「Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them.」

「This may have been the cleanest hotel I have stayed at. And addition to being clean, it was in good shape--no bashed doorways or worn carpeting. Everything seemed nearly new.」

「The breakfast wasn’t very appetizing. Not much for healthy options. Only green apples when we were there. No yogurt.」

「We recently stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. Check-in was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast offered a nice variety of options to start the day. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again.」

「I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The parking lot had multiple people loitering around who appeared to be homeless, and finding an actual parking spot for hotel guests was a challenge. Walking into the lobby, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. Unfortunately, it only got worse in the elevator. It smelled like a hotbox, and there were dirty handprints all over the walls. Our room felt neglected. The blackout curtains were broken...

「Staff was great. Room sink didn't drain hardly at all. Pretty limited on bath towels for a 2 night stay. Overall not bad.」
