Heaven Premium Airport Hotel

"This is a get-what-you-pay-for situation. The hotel is close to the airport, the airport shuttle drop off was easy, the room was clean, and the staff was easy to reach via WhatsApp. The hotel is a bit rundown and the bathroom smelled like mildew but we were only staying for a few hours overnight so it wasn’t a big issue for us. Decent hotel for the price if you need a place to sleep with a working AC for an overnight layover but I wouldn’t recommend if staying several days in Istanbul."

"Overall very pleasant stay. The staff was very nice and the buffet breakfast was really good n great quality and options. The only issue was the pillows; they were the worst I have ever had in a hotel to the point that I couldn’t use any of the 4 to sleep, which of course interfere with my rest. The blanket also was so small that one cannot fully cover the body. If they were to fix that, I would might consider the property for a future stay."

"I was designated a smokers room after saying I did not smoke the girl on reception was so unhelpful as she said I basically had to stay in it, you could taste the smoke it was disgusting and I would have walked on the booking but I spoke to the manager who was helpful to give me another room, much better and a few on the house beverages to apologise which is why I feel a 4 star is validated as the actual management were good, they need to train their young staff a bit better. I do love Hilton Hotels so will continue to go back"
