「The pools were clean, the coffee shop was great, the restaurant was convenient but not bad food, the room itself was spacious, it was definitely dated but I wouldn’t call it dirty. For the price you couldn’t beat it! The walk to the beach was strenuous so if you have small children/ are a bit older I wouldn’t recommend it but it was about 15 mins as advertised. They were clearly renovating so I’m sure shortly it will be fantastic. Only negative was that the layout was difficult to navigate...

「There were many problems here. Plywood laying on my balcony. Dirt on walls. Every door is rotted at the bottom and they have dirt all around the door handles. The outside area looked like it hadn’t been trimmed. The funny part. Not really funny but they sent someone to pick up the plywood on the balcony and the guy came into our unit with the code and without knocking while we were in bed. 「It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house. 「Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a great atmosphere. The property is well maintained and the staff was wonderful. My only concern was the large number of iguanas and the amount of iguana droppings around the grounds. Addressing this issue would make the experience much better. Overall, a lovely stay. The villa was perfect for big family . Have everything and the laundry perfect.」

「We enjoyed the property but didn’t love it. Great set up with two bedrooms, two baths with family room and kitchen. Elevator system is definitely a little strange, food on site is decent but we found better options when venturing out. Staff was friendly」
