「The staff were the nicest and very helpful. The ants were so bad at this hotel. THEY WERE EVERYWHERE IN THE ROOM, I even caught a couple in the bed. Very disgusting and gave me the creeps.」

「The noice in the area was aweful and all u hear starting at 3 am is roosters it was so annoying I’d never stay there again. Trashy neighborhood also music so loud till late hours then a rooster at 3 am !!!!」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Buoy Haus. The property was well kept and felt upscale as we had hoped. Our room was very clean and the entire staff was always friendly, helpful and polite. We saw some staffing issues with staff not showing up and previous staff having to stay late or work a second shift etc. We definitely felt horrible for those employees since they work so hard, and hopefully they are able to work out those kinks in order to keep the great staff they have. 「A lot of money for the conditions of the facilities, A/C has not been given maintenance for a long time, does not cool, uncomfortable bed, old carpet, broken floor, broken closet doors, dirty balcony. The place needs repairs and remodeling. I don't recommend it.」

「Ac didn’t work in first room they accommodated and moved me to another room only issue was it was Saturday night and it was above their restaurant and bar and the music was so loud it shook your floor and you had to liste in to it until 12 pm. After I said something they accommodated me again moved me to a quiet room and gave me a free night. So if you do ever have an issue there speak up and they will most definitely make it correct.
