「Should pay attention for the cleanliness of the toilet seat with brown stains, I tried to remove them but in vain.The floor is dirty too.Much debris in the bathroom and the area near window.I swept the floor by myself. Yet the whole building is quite Located in a quiet place.」

「Room very smart with balcony.Close to train station , easy to get the train to airport and also to Berlin centre. Accros the street is a supermarket and also many food shops. 」

「The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and attentive, I had a parcel to the Hotel while I stay and the staff helped me to follow up. Hotel location is close to bakery, restaurant and shopping mall and you can find grocery there. The hotel location is just 5 mins (max) next to famous painting on East Side Gallery. Easy to find. I would like to say thanks for everything in this hotel.🙏」

「Wir waren zu viert im Nena und hatten ein großes Zimmer, mit ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene und zudem einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Spree. Die Terrasse mit dem Blick auf das Wasser war unbezahlbar! Parken kann man kostenlos direkt vor der Tür und in den Nebenstraßen. Das Bett und auch die Schlafcouch waren super bequem. Wir würden wieder das Nena buchen! :)」

I was surprised to find that there is no refrigerator in the rooms, which I guess it’s common for hotels in Berlin. The sauna is a lovely feature, providing a relaxing experience. I encountered an issue with some electrical noise in my room, but the staff were very helpful. They promptly assisted me in resolving the problem by moving me to a different room, which greatly...

「Lovely quiet area with public transport very close by, self check in a bit confusing especially if you arrive later at night when you have traveled all day long but if you take your time it's ok. The rooms are nice and clean but looking a bit tired now and would be nice to have a kettle in the room so you can make a hot drink, there is a large flask in the foyer/lobby but it gets cooler later on, also there's some teas and fruit there when the dinning room is closed.
