Nice room

Clean and nice room. Friendly staff and parking at the door. It's the third or fourth time we have been here, and its always the same. I love the family room, we sleep separated from the kids but in the same place just like a small apartment. The beds are very comfortable.

We stayed in the family room, and having two separate rooms really helped us get a comfortable night’s sleep. However, it seems like the bathroom could use some renovation. Still, we were very satisfied overall in terms of value for money.

The hotel is okay for a short stay. It is a couple of train rides away from Berlin Center, and a little worn out. The WiFi is not good as it is unstable. It was an okay stay for my two children, husband and I.

Very slow service, only one elevator in use in a 14-story hotel. A bit worn, windows very dirty. The room spacious and clean, however. Convenient public transport to city center and enough parking spots in front of the hotel.

Good size rooms and staff behavior is mixed the person in the morning was great others were just ok. They do provide any tea, coffee, or drinking water. There is no hot water cattle in the rooms but you can ask reception to provide some hot water.

No restaurant in the hotel and not a lot around in the area. Fortunately Ikea is close by we were able to get some food. People checking in late make sure you bring your own food. Room is quite spacious.
