It has no lobby but the resident was helpful they give you key code same day. Instructions for arriving in entrance. The beds were super uncomfortable and thin pillow. I stayed two weeks. Not great for long stay your back will be sore but maybe ok for 3 days. They do on free cleaning per week but it's in fine print they don't advertise or really clearly state this when you book didn't figure this out until second week. When I called due to people being locked out their room codes they could speak English and said it was normal not scammers in hallways. The rooms are paper thin we heard people doing you know what. They do supply some coffee water milk but small portions and they do have utensils. Some hot plate I could not figure out. No microwave so we lived off cold cuts.

The to small room was to warm. According to the pictures and promotion it was not what we expected at all. To get to the top floor we had to use for the last stock the stairs. No desk, no staff. Very unpersönlich Perhaps for some people oké. Certainly not for us. Price- qualify is in total unbalance, according to what we had to pay....

Das Zimmer war sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, dafür dankeschööön. Jedoch war die Außenanlage nicht richtig vom Schnee und gefrorenem geräumt, dass es demzufolge spiegelglatt war und eine Mitreisende unmittelbar beim Heruntergehen der Außentreppenstufen zu Fall kam :-( Deshalb unserer dringender Appell was zu tun, bevor weitere Personen stürzen, sich ernsthaft verletzen und bleibende Schäden davon tragen z.B. m.d. Kopf auf die Treppenstufen fallen :-(

Tja. So fing es an: Zimmer gebucht, bezahlt. Laut Buchung sollte mail mit Checkin Daten folgen. Nach drei Stunden: Nichts. Also angerufen. Stefanie freut sich über meinen Anruf und versucht zu helfen. Kann sie aber nicht. Also Weiterleitung. Nach minutenlanger Warteschleife legt das System einfach auf. Das geht eine knappe Stunde so. Parallel schreibe ich Mails an den Service. Keine Reaktion. Nach anderthalb Stunden buche ich woanders. Eine Minute später hat man meine Mails entdeckt und es geschafft die Daten zu übermitteln. Nun gut. Zum Hotel gefahren. Die versprochenen Parkplätze sind nicht ausgeschildert und alles drumherum ist belegt. Also zwei Strassen weiter geparkt. Der Zimmercode funktioniert erstaunlicherweise. Im Zimmer entdecke ich mal wieder die Kunsrder photografischen Täuschung. Was mir als gebuchres Zimmer online gezeigt wurde entspricht nur mit Phantasie der Realität. Was halbwegs ansehbar gezeigt wurde entpuppt sich als zusammengewürfelter Mobiliarhaufen. Die Absicht ist erkennbar , allerdings ist man daran gescheitert ein wohnliches ambiente herzustellen. Dagegen haben die einschlägigen Berliner Hostels für 30% des Zimmerpreises mehr Design. Bett unbequem, Elektrik gefährlich, Optik schrecklich, Duschablauf verstopft, Hellhörig, Geschreie auf der Strasse und im Haus versüssen das Einschlafen, ab 07.30 unterhält sich das Personal fröhlich und lautstark im Flur. Auf der nach unten offenen Berlinskala sehr weit unten.

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit vier Betten. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und sauber. Die Gäste im Flur waren laut. Schade das die Kunden nicht untereinander Rücksicht nehmen. Es waren genügend Handtücher und alles was man braucht da.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Die Umgebung sehr schön. Leider lag unser Zimmer direkt an der Abluftanlage des Restaurants. Daher konnten wir das Fenster nicht öffnen. Über ein Frühstück hätte ich mich auch gefreut. Allerdings entschädigt einen das Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis dafür.

Check- in lief problemlos. Umgebung ist super. Straßenlärm bei geöffneten Fenstern ist sehr laut. Ohne offenen Fester war es extrem heiß im Zimmer. Bett war eine Vollkatastrophe - bei jeder noch so kleinen Bewegung hat das Bett gequietscht. Und die Matratze war so dünn wie ein „Handtuch“.

Das Zimmer ist sehr rudimentär eingerichtet und schon sehr abgenutzt. Die Matratze ging runter bis zum Rost! Das Equipment und die Einrichtung sind einfach alt aber minimal dient es ihren Zweck. Zimmer wurde ich eher bei 40 Euro statt 80 Euro sehen.
