「It was excellent!! I was very impressed!!」

「Black mold all over tub & bathroom carpet made my socks black & smelled bad one bed missing comforter so gave me a thin old blanket which had burn holes」

「the staff was friendly and helpful. The property is not very desirable but I have seen much worse. I am beside myself at how much these places can charge for a place to sleep. If it were a decent place, that'd be different. No breakfast or even coffee pot. That was a negative mark for me. 」

「Normally we can make do wherever! We travel alot and have stayed in the best and camped out in the worst. This was among the worst. It has a very dirty feel. It smells...dirty. The people staying there, lives there and that usually tells the story. I wouldn't stay again. Ever. The gal who checked us in couldnt see! She had lost her hlasses- bless her heart. But she was 2 inches away from the screen and the the keyboard. It took a very long time to check in. Just dont stay」

「Property appears to be in an exterior remodel project. Room was clean, but toilet didn’t flush right and ended up not flushing at all. Even the toilet in lobby area didn’t flush all the way, indicating it may be a property wide issue. It was an ok experience, but definitely not my favorite property and may not be one I would probably choose to go to again. It was pretty clean and staff was great which is why it had more stars than I typically would have given」

「This is my preferred hotel in Topeka. The rooms and hotel property are consistently clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the nearby restaurant options are pretty good.」

「Check in lady was rude when we notified them the facet in tub was running and unable to turn off. Had to beg for towels on several occasions. Staff even told us that giving us towels was not their job. Staff constantly on video calls when approached desk and were motioned to wait a minute. Only thing good about was it was clean, although sheets were stained, and location for us.」

「Horrible parking. Bad location. No water pressure. Breakfast is no good. Friendly and courteous staff! Bed was comfortable.」

「We stayed here one night first room was completely disgusting there was trash and pee in the bathroom and dirty used bedding and towels they told us there was no housekeeper to clean rooms we were on the 1st floor we were offered another room on the 2nd floor it was similar but a bit cleaner. When checking out we asked for our deposit back and the lady acted like we never gave them one. Definitely NOT STAYING HERE AGAIN !! 」

「Stay on the backside of hotel or on the 1st or 2nd level to avoid the interstate traffic noise. I was up on the top floor on the front side and heard a lot of motor cycle noise and semi’s starting at 5 am all five mornings. Breakfast and staff were good. I have stayed on the 2nd floor on the front side twice before and never heard the highway noise before, must of been because I was on the top floor and didn’t have any trees blocking the noise.」

「This hotel is very run down and dirty. It smells so damp and musty and the tub had an unidentified yellow stain. The only plus was that the guy working the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating. Aside from that wouldn’t stay again.」
