"This was an extremely affordable place to suit our last-minute decision to stay in Koshigoe. The room was great, everything was pretty basic but for the price we paid it was more than enough. The owners were wonderful despite our very limited Japanese and even gifted us some postcards on departure! "this is about a 10-12 min walk slight uphill from Shibuya station. it's close enough to walk but far enough you're away from the rif raff of the main area. it's on a quiet street with tons of restaurants in walking distance (did not try any). the rooms are good sized. we went for the room that fits three for two of us. the extra cost was worth it for more space. room is super clean and the facility is safe and clean and predictable. the staff is English speaking and very helpful. they offer complimentary coffee per day you're there per guest. they have a water station in the lobby that we took full as advantage of. I would recommend for the cost ratio. just note it's further so you'd have to get used to walking in the humidity sun and rain."

"I stayed in a double room and a single room .For the price it is okay-storage for luggage is under the bed.I find the bathroom very small as a 5’8 when sitting my knees nearly touch the door.Overall I found the single room to be slightly more spacier overall.Would stay here again because of the easy check in and out process.Especially the express check out which was very convenient for catching 5am trains to Narita airport.No complications."
